Chandigarh, October 13, 2025: In a historic decision, the Punjab Cabinet led by Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann on Monday gave nod for enhancing the compensation for crop loss to farmers upto Rs 20,000 per acre.

A decision to this effect was taken in the meeting of the Council of Ministers held here under the Chief Minister.
