The Mega Millions jackpot rose once again and is on its way to becoming one of the top 10 highest Mega Millions jackpots ever.

As of Monday morning, Oct. 13, the Mega Millions jackpot is at $600 million with a cash value of $277.2 million, according to the Mega Millions website. It would need to exceed $648 million to surpass the tenth-highest jackpot, which was won in California and Georgia in December 2013.

The last time a jackpot made it on the list was on Dec. 27, 2024, when one lucky ticket sold in California just in time for the new year.

In total, there have been four Mega Millions winners in 2025. The most recent winner, from Virginia, claimed a $348 million jackpot on June 27.
