‘Public safety is our main responsibility. Welfare of police personnel is my personal priority. There is no room for civil disputes in police stations . There are civil courts for civil disputes. We will take action if a civil panchayat is set up next to a police station.

Uniform and corruption do not go together. If a single person takes a bribe, the entire department gets a bad name. We will be strict if a bribe is taken in the department.
