LAKE COUNTY, Ohio (WOIO) - Willoughby police are asking for help in finding the person who dumped five puppies in a dumpster.

The puppies are currently in the care of police and officers have been in contact with a local rescue organization.

Officers added the puppies are currently not available for adoption.

Anyone with information is asked to reach out to Willoughby police and you can remain anonymous.
