YOUNGSTOWN For the fourth year in a row, archaeology students at Youngstown State University traveled to Moundsville, West Virginia to participate in "West Virginia Archaeology Day" at the Grave Creek Mound Archaeological Complex.

Twelve students made the trip with archaeologist and instructor Thomas Delvaux to attend the event, which is held every October. The group presented an artifact display and a photo board highlighting some of YSU's projects and trips.

Additionally, the students worked in the repository curating artifacts for the state archaeologist, spent time in washing artifacts in the archaeology lab and worked as docents manning the museum's displays and sections.
