A federal judge has granted a motion in the federal civil rights suit filed against Ursuline High School to continue to refer to the alleged victims by their pseudonyms.
The court filings for the lawsuit refer to the alleged victims by the pseudonyms "Mother King," "Son King" and "Daughter King." The plaintiffs filed a motion for the judge to continue to allow those pseudonyms to be used in future filings.
According to federal court records, while the Catholic Diocese of Youngstown disputes the allegations made in the suit, it is not opposed to the alleged victims' request because the matter involves juveniles.
