Orthea Cox Moser, age 92, passed away peacefully on October 10, 2025, in Preston, Idaho, returning home and reuniting with her sweetheart Jack.

Orthea was born on June 15, 1933, to Orson and Althea Cox. Being raised on a farm in Oxford, Idaho, she learned the value of hard work.

While attending West Side High School, she met Jack Moser and they became high school sweethearts. After graduating they were married in the Logan Temple.

Together Orthea and Jack raised their 5 children while farming in Dayton, Idaho. She dedicated her time to motherhood, homemaking and helping on the farm. She was an outstanding cook and candy maker.
