(WHTM) - The U.S. Food & Drug Administration has announced the recall of a frozen spinach product that was distributed nationwide.
Sno Pac Foods is recalling its Del Mar 35-pound Bulk Organic Frozen Spinach and Sno Pac 10-ounce Organic Frozen Cut Spinach because of possible listeria monocytogenes contamination, according to the FDA.
No illnesses have been reported to the Caledonia, Minnesota-based company in connection with the recalled spinach, which was sold in retail stores nationwide.
The product distributed in the 35-pound boxes has lot codes 250107A, 250107B, 250107C, 250107D, 2501071 and 2501073, with an expiration date of Jan. 7, 2027.
The 10-ounce packages have lot codes SPM1.190.5 with "best by" date of July 9, 2027; SPC1.160.5 and SPC2.160.5 with "best by" date of June 9, 20
