Iowa State football finally has its quarterback commit for the 2026 recruiting class. After losing four-star signal-caller Jett Thomalla to Alabama in June, the Cyclones have filled that vacancy with Kase Evans.
Evans is a three-star prospect, according to 247 Sports. He originally committed to Oklahoma State, but reopened his recruitment in the aftermath of Mike Gundy's firing. Evans announced his decision on Oct. 12.
