United States Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) is under fire for a number of raids across Chicago and Portland. Videos show the use of tear gas, pepper bells, pepper spray and use of force while detaining members of the public. Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson signed an executive order to create "ICE free" zones and Governor JB Pritzker criticised Donald Trump federalising troops.
