CLEVELAND (WJW) - The FOX 8 I-Team has found the City of Cleveland has gone to court to try to close another bar declaring it a nuisance.
The city filed a complaint outlining a history of trouble and liquor violations at Filter located at 740 W. Superior.
This comes weeks after the city took action to close Play Bar and Grill in the Flats following a shooting in the street that left 6 people hurt.
Court records show a judge has issued a temporary restraining order against Filter Restaurant Experience LLC allowing the club to be shut down at least until a hearing.
The city's complaint says Filter "has been the site of constant illegal activity, including numerous violations of the State’s liquor
