This is the second incident of IndiGo flight's windshield cracking in 3 days.

An IndiGo flight traveling from Tuticorin to Chennai on Tuesday experienced a windshield crack mid-air but landed safely with all 75 passengers on board. The pilots noticed the damage during the flight and immediately informed ground control.

Standby arrangements were made at Chennai Airport, and no emergency was declared.

Airport officials confirmed that all necessary precautions were taken, and no passengers were injured. The cause and extent of the windshield crack will be determined after a formal investigation.

This is the second such incident for IndiGo in three days; on October 11, a flight from Madurai to Chennai also reported a windshield crack.
