HOPE – On Monday, October 6th, 2025, at about 4:00pm, officers with the Hope Police Department arrested Jossely Garcia, 28 of Hope, AR in the 400 block of North Andres Street in Hope, AR.

Ms. Garcia was charged with Domestic Battery 2nd Degree. Ms. Garcia was transported to the Hempstead County Detention Facility to be held for a first court appearance.
