Boil order issued for Valley Way area in Weirton

WEIRTON – A boil order has been issued for Valley Way and surrounding streets following work on a water line today, according to an announcement from the Weirton Area Water Board.

The order includes all water customers on Valley Way, as well as Fairway Street and any others in the area experiencing low or no water pressure.

If you live in the affected areas listed above bring all water to a boil, let it boil for one minute, and let it cool before using, or use bottled water. Boiled or bottled water should be used for drinking, making ice, brushing teeth, washing dishes, bathing, and food preparation until further notice.
