Ryan Grubb would be the first to admit that he's still trying to understand this whole Alabama football -Tennessee, "Third Saturday in October" thing, and what the Crimson Tide's rivalries actually are.

"I thought Georgia was rivalry too, so I thought that was a big game," Grubb said.

Kalen DeBoer understands how big the "rivalry" part of Alabama -Tennessee is. It's fun for the fans, he said. It goes back generations.

But outside the history, it's just a big game, DeBoer said, another top-15 battle inside the Crimson Tide's SEC gauntlet of a schedule.
