Three men suspected of kidnapping a woman in San Rafael over the weekend were arrested after the victim managed to escape and call police, who used GPS to find her.

The woman called 911 about 9:45 p.m. Saturday, saying she had been driven to an unknown location by three men, San Rafael police said in a news release.

Dispatchers used GPS to track her location to Robert Dollar Drive in San Rafael, where the victim alleged the suspects were doing drugs and that one of them possessed a knife.

Officers who responded to the area followed the victim's screams for help and found her, as the suspects' car fled the scene.

The car was stopped by police few blocks away and the three suspects were detained.
