SILOAM SPRINGS, Ark. (KNWA/KFTA) — A teenager facing a charge connected to a fatal shooting in Siloam Springs last month has pleaded not guilty, according to the Benton County Prosecuting Attorney's Office.
Kyle McIntyre, 15, is facing an accomplice to capital murder charge and has been charged as an adult. McIntyre entered a not guilty plea during his arraignment on Oct. 13.
At around 3:20 p.m. on Aug. 29, the Siloam Springs Police Department received a 911 call reporting a shooting outside an apartment complex at the 300 block of Meadow Court. Officers then found a man at the scene, later identified as Emmanuel Tucker, who suffered an apparent fatal gunshot wound.
