HUBBARD, Ohio (WKBN) - Governor DeWine's emergency medical order on intoxicating hemp products begins at midnight Monday.

Ohioans can still use it, and low-level THC products, but it will be illegal to sell them. That's why some places, such as Dubz in Hubbard, have marked the products 30%. It's worked. The stock has dwindled, but the products account for 25-30% of the store's sales. That's a big impact.

Dubz is prepared for the ban, but hopes the governor and lawmakers can reach a quick agreement.
