MADISON, Wis. -- Luke Fickell's in a tough spot.

His Wisconsin football team is 2-4, got shut out at home by Iowa for the first time since the Great Depression last Saturday and they're about to enter the toughest stretch of their schedule.

Fickell's alma mater, No. 1 Ohio State, is coming to town this weekend in a game that will be shown nationwide on CBS and on WISC-TV. After that, the Badgers travel to No. 8 Oregon, and next month they'll take on Washington and No. 3 Indiana.

But Fickell's hoping that the Badgers' run of poor form will take some pressure off and prompt a turnaround.

"There's nothing to lose," Fickell said Monday. "We try to be perfect, and the recognition [is] that if you're going to go out there and you're going to do anything against the No. 1 team in the country,
