Ken Marblestone, president of Menorah Park Foundation, said that while changes have been abundant at the Menorah Park and Montefiore foundations since the senior living campus in Beachwood was sold and the organization moved from a nonprofit supported by the two to a for-profit, the heart of the operation has never wavered.

The donors are still crucial to the foundation of Menorah Park, and the organization is more driven than ever to improve the quality of life for Jewish older adults in Northeast Ohio, he explained.

And the Menorah Park Foundation has continued to make an impact on the community as it recently awarded its first-round grants since becoming a stand-alone entity, allocating funds totaling $402,000 to the Jewish Family Service Association.
