GREEN BAY, Wis. (WFRV) – Hundreds of Capital Credit Union employees stepped out of the office and into the community on Monday for the organization’s annual Community Impact Day.

More than 450 employees volunteered their time to support 24 nonprofit organizations across northeast Wisconsin, including in Green Bay, Appleton, Neenah, Oshkosh, Door County, and Shawano.

“Community impact is at the heart of credit unions and is integral to the Capital Credit Union mission of doing the right thing one member, one employee, and one experience at a time to strengthen the communities we serve,” officials said in a statement.
