COLUMBUS, Ga. (WRBL)-The region continues to enjoy dry and warm conditions, but that’s set to change by the end of the weekend.
A cold front is expected to move in early Sunday morning, bringing with it the best chance of rainfall we've seen in days. This system is tied to a developing storm currently forming over the Rockies.
That same storm is forecast to trigger a severe weather outbreak across parts of the Southwest and southern Plains through mid-week, and it could bring unsettled weather our way as well.
Stay tuned as we track its progress and what it could mean for your weekend plans.
