If you thought the kicker position would be drama-free this season, you were very mistaken. Last week alone, Brandon McManus sat out with a quad injury, Joey Slye and Jason Sanders were banged up, and lots of practice squad kickers are getting reps.

And there were plenty more storylines to come out of last week. Evan McPherson 's 67-yard field goal would have broken the NFL record, but unfortunately, it was wiped out by a last-second timeout. And Joshua Karty had all Rams fans wanting to kick him after missing yet another try.
