The man accused of fatally shooting one brother and wounding another outside a Steelton corner store has been taken into custody, authorities announced on Monday, Oct. 13.

Quadir Shawn Rameau, 23, voluntarily surrendered to law enforcement in the Allentown area and was taken into custody by the Dauphin County Criminal Investigation Division, according to Steelton Borough Police. He was transported to the Dauphin County Booking Center to be arraigned on murder and related charges.

Rameau was wanted for the deadly shooting on Tuesday, Oct. 7, at the Phoenix Mini Mart on South 4th Street. Police said he opened fire on two brothers, killing 33-year-old Kenyatta D. “Yatta” Henry and wounding his brother, Nakeem T. McGraw, in the arm.
