Clintondale Community Schools officials are expected to respond this week to a school board member’s findings of sloppy record-keeping relating to reimbursements for expenses from travel mileage and other expenses for workers.

Jared Maynard, the board’s vice president, said he found “multiple issues, multiple problems” when reviewing the mileage paybacks to employees. Problems included missing dates, incorrect calculations, missing signatures, lack of supporting paperwork and an instance of one official signing off on his own figures.
