Terrell Jennings and Truman Jones reverted to the New England Patriots’ practice squad on Monday after serving as standard elevations against the New Orleans Saints.

Sunday’s 25-19 win at the Caesars Superdome marked the 2025 debut for the running back as well as the outside linebacker.

Jennings, 24, played seven snaps on special teams during kickoff and punt returns. Active alongside starter Rhamondre Stevenson and rookie TreVeyon Henderson, his call-up followed veteran running back Antonio Gibson’s official move to injured reserve with a torn ACL.

A 2024 undrafted free agent out of Florida A&M, Jennings signed with the Patriots after attending rookie minicamp on a tryout basis. From there, he led the team in rushing during his rookie preseason before clearing waivers. The 6-foot, 217-
