CANYON, Texas (KFDA) - The West Texas A&M volleyball team had some rivalry action of their own this past week and continue to show why they are ranked in the top 15 in Division II week in and week out.
The Lady Buffs are now 5-1 in Lone Star Conference play and are on a five-game win streak. They fell in their first conference matchup and have been solid ever since, most recently getting a sweep over rival Eastern New Mexico on Saturday.
Wet Texas A&M head volleyball coach, Terry Gamble, says he is pleased with the team’s performance and is hopeful for more success in the coming matches.
