PITTSBURGH -- Pittsburgh Steelers head coach Mike Tomlin has a key gripe about his team’s performance against the Cleveland Browns . Heading into the game, they were the least penalized team in football per game, averaging just over 33 yards per game.

Yet, Sunday’s game was a critical outlier. The Steelers were called for ten total penalties with 59 yards going to the Browns as the beneficiary of that.
