DULUTH, Minn. (Northern News Now) - The Duluth Entertainment Convention Center (DECC), announced new policy and procedures after an incident with the Minnesota Nurses Association (MNA) and Essentia Health leaders.

Northern News Now exclusively obtained the surveillance footage of the incident between MNA members and Essentia workers. You can see that the MNA presence grows as they chant at Essentia.

Many of the involved parties recall the incident in conflicting ways.

This incident follows ongoing labor disputes and unionization efforts involving Essentia Health and the MNA.

According to the DECC, on Oct. 7, a large group with the MNA confronted attendees of the Essentia Health Leadership Conference who were also renting a space at the DECC.
