IRVINE, Calif. — Kris Letang was back at practice Monday. It is hard to say if he was more elusive on the ice or off of it, as he sidestepped questions about his status.

The veteran Penguins defenseman shared little about the injury that knocked him out of Saturday’s loss and sidelined him from Sunday’s practice back in Cranberry.

“It feels pretty good,” Letang said after the team practiced here at Great Park Ice.

Letang was noncommittal about playing Tuesday night against the Anaheim Ducks.

“I don’t know. I’m just going to see how I feel on Tuesday morning,” Letang said.

A question about him practicing on the left side was basically met with a shrug.
