OLYMPIA, Wash. – Washington Governor Bob Ferguson has ordered flags across Washington state to be lowered to half-staff on Friday, October 17, to honor four soldiers who died in a tragic aviation mishap on September 17..
The soldiers, all from the United States Army, were based in Washington.
The soldiers lost were Chief Warrant Officer Three Andrew Cully from Sparta, Missouri, Chief Warrant Officer Three Andrew Kraus from Sanibel, Florida, Sergeant Donavon Scott from Tacoma, and Sergeant Jadalyn Good from Mount Vernon.
