The "30 Rock" star, 67, shared that he and his youngest brother, 59, are safe after he drove a Range Rover head-first into a tree in East Hampton, N ew York.

“This morning, I was in a car accident,” Alec said in an Oct. 13 Instagram video . “I'm fine.”

He said that a garbage truck that was “the size of a whale” cut him off while driving his wife Hilaria Baldwin ’s car through an East Hampton neighborhood.

“To avoid hitting him,” Alec continued, “I hit a big fat tree and crushed my wife's car. I crushed my wife's car — I feel bad about that.”
