WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — A scream heard across the state. Wichita police are searching for a woman they say was taken by force — an incident caught on camera and shared thousands of times.

The woman in the video was dragged down a driveway in north Wichita around 2 a.m. on Sunday. It happened in northeast Wichita near 14th Street and North Volutsia.

KSN spoke to the homeowner who caught the entire terrifying situation on camera. She is shaken up by what her surveillance camera captured.

The homeowner did not want to go on camera, but did say it is getting more attention than she expected. She tells KSN she does not know who the woman in the video is or why she came to her home.
