SPRINGFIELD, Mo. — Wave Nunnally and his wife Lacey have spent a significant amount of time in Israel over the past two years.

They say today, as hostages return, is a day they're 'infinitely excited' about.

"We're now seeing the results of lots of people's prayers and tears and concern and demonstrations and all kinds of organizing and planning behind the scene. We are infinitely excited about what's happened today," Wave Nunnally said. "We're hoping that this is the beginning of something big for the Middle East and that peace will resonate throughout the region and not just be limited to a return of the hostages."

The Nunnally's have visited Israel several times in the past two years, as the tensions between Israel and Hamas have escalated in recent years.
