AUSTIN, Texas — All weekend, Johnny Acuña-Jacobo 's family has been waiting to reunite with the 19-year-old after a Friday night on Sixth Street spiraled out of control.

Online, videos have surfaced of Acuña-Jacobo on the ground, appearing to be continuously punched by an Austin police officer .

"Say goodnight to Sixth Street – yeah I'm not coming out here no more, that's for sure," Acuña-Jacobo said.

Court documents reveal Officer Leger was on duty downtown when he responded to a call about a physical altercation outside Voodoo Room Nightclub on East Sixth Street. Leger and Officer Garcia found two men allegedly fighting.
