MERCER, Pa. - The Republican Party headquarters in Mercer, Pennsylvania, opened its doors on Monday for an open house following a recent remodel to the nearly 200-year-old building.

The headquarters, located at 124 South Diamond Street in Mercer, received new carpeting, paint and flooring.

"It's historical, as far as Mercer's concerned. It has a plaque outside. With a lot of people's help, this was redone," said Gordon Harbison, a member of the Mercer County Republican Party.

In addition to sharing the new renovations with the public, volunteers were on site passing out information on how residents could register to vote for the upcoming election on November 4, 2025.

Anyone looking to get more information can visit the headquarters Monday through Friday from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
