GHAZIABAD: A 25-year-old software engineer from Vaishali died after falling from the 31st floor of a high-rise apartment in Indirapuram on Sunday evening. Satyam Tripathi, who worked with an IT firm in Noida's Sector 2, had gone to inspect a rental flat in Saya Gold Avenue society for his sister and brother-in-law around 7.30pm with his friend Kartik Singh and property agent Satpal. According to police, the three spent about 15 minutes checking the flat and were preparing to leave when Tripathi received a phone call and asked the others to wait while he spoke privately in the master bedroom. "After several minutes, when his friend and the broker did not hear from him, they went to check and found the room empty. They looked down from the balcony and saw people gathered below," ACP In
