New Delhi: US President Donald Trump stumped Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif with an India question at the Gaza Peace Summit in Egypt’s Sharm el-Sheikh on Monday night.

“Prime Minister Sharif of Pakistan, and I have to say my favourite Field Marshal from Pakistan, who is not here, but the Prime Minister is here,” Trump said, addressing the gathering of world leaders who had assembled to celebrate a ceasefire agreement to end a two-years fight between between Israel and Hamas.
Moments later, Trump praised “great country” India, calling Prime Minister Narendra Modi a “very good friend” who has done a “fantastic job”.
