LORAIN COUNTY, Ohio (WOIO) - A Lorain County Grand Jury indicted a 24-year-old Elyria man on several charges in connection with a teenager’s drowning death and child sex charges.

Jacob Rosado was indicted on the charges of tampering with evidence and two counts of pandering obscenity involving a minor.

The tampering with evidence charge is in connection with the drowning death of Vincent Pabon, 16.

Just before 7 a.m. on Aug. 7, Rosado walked into the Elyria Police Department and told officers Pabon may have drowned in the Black River.

Rosado said they had been hanging out and drinking near the river all night.

After several days of searching, Pabon’s body was found in the river near the East Falls Waterfall basin.
