PARIS – U.S.-based Fashionphile has acquired Luxe Collective, marking its official entry into the U.K. and European markets.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed. However, it includes Luxe Collective’s intellectual property, customer data and social media accounts.

The move represents a strategic leap for Fashionphile, which already has a strong online and physical store presence in the U.S.

With flagships in New York, Los Angeles, and San Diego, and a strategic partnership with Neiman Marcus, the brand has established itself as a major resale omnichannel player of high-end handbags. Fashionphile offers authenticated, pre-owned luxury goods from brands such as Hermès, Chanel and Louis Vuitton.
