New Delhi, Oct 14: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on Tuesday launched a scathing attack on West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, accusing her government of presiding over a lawless state following the gang-rape of a medical student in Durgapur.
