Israeli soldiers killed several Palestinians in northern Gaza on Tuesday, a day after US President Donald Trump announced the end of the two-year war in the coastal enclave during his visit to the Middle East. According to the Palestinian news agency Wafa, cited by the Financial Times, six people were killed when Israeli drones fired on residents who were inspecting their homes in the Shuja’iyyah neighbourhood, east of Gaza City.
