NORFOLK, Va. — The Norfolk Airport Authority says it will not play a new Department of Homeland Security video featuring Secretary Kristi Noem that blames congressional Democrats for the ongoing federal government shutdown.

“The video is not playing at ORF,” an airport communications official confirmed Tuesday. “The Norfolk Airport Authority’s longstanding practice is to decline political messaging within its facilities. We are hopeful those in Washington, D.C. will soon resolve this dispute for the benefit of all who are affected by it.”
