LAS VEGAS ( FOX5 ) — The Nye County Sheriff’s Office has confirmed another suspect has been arrested in connection with a shooting at a Pahrump park.

According to NCSO, Fabian Ferrant was taken into custody for questioning but later released on July 8. After further investigation, detectives determined Ferrante was involved.

Officials report Ferrante was arrested on Oct. 10. He now faces an open murder charge.

Ferrante will appear in court on Oct. 16. Anthony Aguilar and Carlos Blakely are expected to be arraigned by a Nye County District Court judge on Nov. 20 at 9 a.m., according to court officials.
