LAS VEGAS ( FOX5 ) — The Nye County Sheriff’s Office has confirmed a third suspect has been arrested in connection to a deadly shooting at a Pahrump park.
Fabian Ferrante faces charges related to the shooting death of Joe Perry, 22, who was killed during a “Movies in the Park” event July 5 at Ian Deutch Memorial Park in Pahrump.
Days after the shooting, Ferrante and Anthony Aguilar surrendered to Nye County law enforcement after a weekend-long manhunt, FOX5 first reported. At that time, detectives didn’t have sufficient evidence to press charges against Ferrante.
After further investigation, detectives determined Ferrante was involved. He was arrested on Oct. 10. He now faces an open murder charge.
An additional suspect, Carlos Blakely , surrendered to police on July 7.
