SHREVEPORT, La. -- A Sabine Parish woman has been arrested for allegedly filing false income information to receive government benefits. Sue Ann Rivers, 53, of Noble was arrested following an investigation by the Louisiana Bureau of Investigation based on a complaint from the Louisiana Department of Health. LDH alleged Rivers concealed her income and marital status to receive Medicaid benefits. Investigators said in an arrest warrant affidavit that Rivers presented false information to LDH on three Medicaid applications from Oct. 1, 2021 through March 31, 2024.
