BUNCOMBE COUNTY, N.C. (WSPA) - A man is facing multiple drug charges after a traffic stop led to his arrest in Buncombe County Thursday.

The Buncombe County Sheriff's Office said members of the Illegal Gun Reduction and Narcotics Task Force (IGRANT) and members of the US Marshals Carolinas Regional Fugitive Task Force pulled over a vehicle that was being driven by a man with outstanding felony warrants from a prior incident with the Asheville Police Department.

During the stop, officials seized 27.5 grams of fentanyl, 9.1 grams of crack cocaine and miscellaneous items of drug paraphernalia, according to the sheriff's department.
