NORFOLK, Va. — A multi-vehicle crash on Interstate 64 is causing major delays Tuesday afternoon in Norfolk.

According to the Virginia Department of Transportation, the crash happened near the Little Creek Road exit. Virginia State Police said the call came in at approximately 2:17 p.m.

At least one person has been reported injured, according to state police.

The westbound left shoulder, left lane, right lane, and right shoulder are all closed. Drivers should expect heavy congestion and use caution while traveling through the area.

VDOT crews and emergency responders remain on scene, and there’s no word yet on when lanes will reopen.
