One man has been arrested and another is wanted in a shooting outside a Florida restaurant that wounded two people and claimed the life of a 15-year-old girl.
Jonterich Smith, 20, has been charged with first-degree premeditated murder , two counts of aggravated battery with a firearm, and possession of a concealed firearm by a convicted felon.
