When Global audio leader Bose Corporation made its first strategic investment in India, it chose not a legacy electronics firm, but a homegrown challenger—Noise.
For co-founder Amit Khatri, the partnership wasn’t just about capital; it was validation that India’s tech story had reached an inflection point—where Made in India could also mean world-class innovation.
“Partnering with Bose has reinforced our belief in the way we approach product innovation,” Khatri told CNBC-TV18 . “It’s not just synergy—it’s acceleration.”
The audio giant has invested a total of $30 million in Noise since December 2023, which valued the Gurugram-based company at around $420 million.
The collaboration brings together Bose’s decades of acoustic mastery and Noise’s deep understanding of Indian consumers. T
